Hello, I’m Claire (Elizabeth) Baker and I am a fully qualified Counsellor. I have more than 5 years’ experience helping people from all walks of life to address and resolve the challenges life throws at us all from time to time.

I know how hard it is to ask for help, and to feel we can accept help. I also know the huge benefits that come when we reach out, and believe we are worthy of investing time and energy in our own mental health.
